Get in the state of FLOW
Flow state, also known as being in the zone, is in which a person performing an activity is fully immersed in a feeling of energized focus, full involvement, and enjoyment in the process of the activity. In essence, flow is characterized by the complete absorption in what one does, and a resulting loss in one's sense of space and time.
We believe in living a life full of joy, gratitude, and free of judgement. These feelings inform and guide our core teachings and practices at Flow Space, as we focus on helping clients better connect to themselves and their surroundings. We offer a variety of services, classes, workshops, and more to help all of our clients achieve healthier bodies and minds.
Being a Personal Trainer for over 12 years with a niche in [p]rehab, Rella works with professional athletes and office executives in improving their mobility and reducing chronic pain. [IASTM & Rehab Therapy]
Rella delved into Mental and Emotional Wellness in 2014 when her client, Shanti brought her to an eye-opening (literally) course of Integral Eye Movement Therapy. Learning how mental and emotional states are interconnected yet malleable, empowered Rella to live more consciously.
In 2015, Rella was introduced to Alpha Alignment as a form of supplementary therapy for improving her clients' physical alignment. After 3 months of experiencing consistent life-changing effect of Physical, Mental and Spiritual alignment, Rella was intrigued to dive deeper into the technique and took up the Diploma in Alpha Alignment despite it costing what little savings she had left. The course helped in her healing and self-discovery journey tremendously after a traumatic relationship with her ex-husband.
Rella aims to make mental and emotional wellness as accessible to the public as physical fitness.
For the ones who may be struggling from situations they don't speak about, for the ones who are looking for solutions to their pain and aches. Healing is a life-long journey.
With the goal to create a safe space for consistent Physical, Mental and Emotional healing, Flow Space was born.
"I promise to hold space for all who walks in through our doors;
To honour their truths with empathy and safeguard information shared with me in high confidentiality."

it is difficult for us to share, change or create the impact we want.
When we are in alignment, different aspects of our lives shift.
When we are out of alignment in one aspect, it affects another."
