Flow state, also known as being in the zone, is in which a person performing an activity is fully immersed in a feeling of energized focus, full involvement, and enjoyment in the process of the activity. In essence, flow is characterized by the complete absorption in what one does, and a resulting loss in one's sense of space and time.

Being a Personal Trainer for over 12 years with a niche in [p]rehab, Rella works with professional athletes and office executives in improving their mobility and reducing chronic pain. [IASTM & Rehab Therapy]

Rella delved into Mental and Emotional Wellness in 2014 when her client, Shanti brought her to an eye-opening (literally) course of Integral Eye Movement Therapy. Learning how mental and emotional states are interconnected yet malleable, empowered Rella to live more consciously.

In 2015, Rella was introduced to Alpha Alignment as a form of supplementary therapy for improving her clients' physical alignment. After 3 months of experiencing consistent life-changing effect of Physical, Mental and Spiritual alignment, Rella was intrigued to dive deeper into the technique and took up the Diploma in Alpha Alignment despite it costing what little savings she had left. The course helped in her healing  and self-discovery journey tremendously after a traumatic relationship with her ex-husband.


Rella aims to make mental and emotional wellness as accessible to the public as physical fitness.

For the ones who may be struggling from situations they don't speak about, for the ones who are looking for solutions to their pain and aches. Healing is a life-long journey. 


With the goal to create a safe space for consistent Physical, Mental and Emotional healing, Flow Space was born.

Shanti Chainani is a Certified Hypnotherapist, Life Coach, Holistic Health Practitioner and an Emotional Wellbeing Expert. Having more than 10 years of experience, since 2009, she has seen hundreds of clients who are now leading happier lives. Her passion to help people free themselves from their old, stuck patterns that have been ingrained in their minds, has also led her to become an avid speaker, corporate trainer and columnist for industry-specific magazines. She has also been featured in The Straits Times & Today Newspaper.

Beatrice believes in helping her clients achieve their goals of health and performance through committed collaboration with medical and fitness professionals and from understanding her clients needs thoroughly. She has worked in Changi General Hospital, Changi Sports Medicine Center, Bedok Community Health Centre and freelanced with Fullerton Health and The Posture Lab after leaving the public sector. She was also a member of the Singapore Paralympic Sports Medical Team and is interested in rehabilitation for people with disabilities.

Having more than 8 years of working experience in different settings of healthcare, Beatrice understands the role of rehabilitation and the best ways it can be applied in a client-centred manner. By founding Physiotherabeat, she aims to provide the most holistic and effective form of rehabilitation to the community. Beatrice is also determined in bringing rehabilitative hydrotherapy to all she meets. Having witnessed its amazing rehabilitative benefits time and again, she believes that there is always rehabilitative potential in every individual who is willing.
