About the Speaker
"Hi, this is Rella and I have been a Personal Trainer for over a decade. Through my 12 years in the Fitness Industry, I have worked with clients from age 8 - 74 years old. One of the most common issues (other than time commitment) people stop moving/working out is pain and injury.
Chronic pain brought about by injuries can be life hindering. And when such pain go unaddressed, the body often re-learns new movement patterns that cause further compensation and imbalance to the body.
With the current situation where most people are still working from home, I'm seeing more clients with neck and shoulder issues. Therefore, I've decided to share how you can manage and prevent pain brought about by poor posture so that you can take your life back."
